Complex Needs

Pets that fall into the "complex needs" category: 

• • • Take medication other than simple oral pills, i.e. syringe

    • Have reactivity troubles with people and/or animals

    • Need frequent trips outside (more than 4 a day)

  As pet care professionals, we're comfortable taking on complex cases, but they require more time and attention to ensure the safety of the pet. Additionally, we live in an apartment complex with other dogs, so we have to be extra vigilant. A successful option we like to employ for reactivity is tag teaming walks so one of us can spot triggers while the other distracts the pet. Although we're happy to do this, it takes time out of our schedule and reduces our opportunities to serve other clients during your animal's stay.
